This leaseback has been perfect. Up till November 2007.

It was sold to Odlays. The quarterly payment was due in February. Odlays say there are problems with the takeover of contract.

Anyone else with this leaseback or having trouble with Odlays

Recieved Januarys payment in April.

Received April payment in June

Recieved July payment in July

Not yet received October payment

Still not 100% confident of Odlays. Luckily I've only a few months to go before end of agreement. Anyone have experience of what happens next. I wouldn't mind keeping the apartment as holiday home. Can I do this?

Hi there,

My name is Gabrielle Achilleos and I run a company that looks after online administration for those that have purchased leaseback property in France.

You can keep you property but need someone qualified to check the lease out and see whether there is potentially a penalty for you to reclaim total use of it, which is often the case, depending ont he management company. It is often worth it if you really want to spend much more time there, baring in mind that you will have to refund the VAT pro-rata to the french tax office based on a 20 year period of you purchased the apartment leaseback and therefore benefited from a VAT exhoneration.

In any case if you need to hand with this, you are welcome to contact me at contact@helpserviceonline.com or go to our website at www.helpserviceonline.com

I hope we will be able to help you soon!

Best regards

Gabrielle Achilleos
