Residence Les Balcon de Recoin Chamrousse

Hi,

I too have not had rent paid since end of Q2 and always

never on time prior to that. Despite many calls to Cela,

one lady Stephanie who has good English has indicated

that rents will be paid soon but there is a restructure

going on at the moment and should be sorted early in the

new year. So I think we are in a holding pattern to see

what comes of the restructure. Some of the other posts

for Cela are worrying ....but dont know if we are the

only 2 people with rent issues in les balcoins. Judging

by the size you would think there would be more people in

the same predicament .....but there seems to be very few

posts anywhere about this development
