Just to follow up, they are no longer our management company.
They cancelled the lease without informing any owners and were most unhelpful when I called them. I wasn't aware of the cancelled contract until I rang them to ask why they'd removed the project from their website.
They claimed not to know who the new management was and said they had nothing to do with it even if I had a signed lease agreement from them!!
It appears some of their staff have parted company and taken the project with them under a new operation which is completely unacceptable as they are not the tenent that I accepted the lease from and my lease appears to be of a lower security now.
I own an apartment in Le Clos Dia Phase 1. Used it for a week in June. First I heard of Leasee change was letter I received this week. Lease has been taken over by LVR Vacances. Only problem is rent is dropping to 3% of Net amount(minus vat).
