Hi
I am thinking of purchasing a french lease back in the South of France from Pierce and Elliot. The deal seems very good with very little money to put in and 3 weeks personal use per annum.
I would like to know if the lease back is good and I also wondered if anyone has dealt with Pierce and Elliot
Regards
Dan

Thinking of Purchasing
12 August 2010Hello Daniel
I am buying a proeprty with no money down at all and 4.7% cashback, about 8,000 to 12, 000 euros depending on the price of the plot, 100% funding. No broker fees and notary fees paid by the developer. Let me know if you are interested.

Thinking of Purchasing
20 August 2010I had a very bad experience with a leaseback in Strasbourg. You need to find out as much as you can about Pierce&Elliott as the so-called "rent guarantee" is only as good as the management company. If the operator encounters financial difficulties they will stop paying you and the only way to appoint another administrator is to go to court. Caution!

8 September 2010Forget about it, the rest of us are learning the hard way that the whole leaseback system borders on a fraud. Read some of the stories here about people not getting rent and companies going bust.
