This is the page only showing the breakdown of some of 2013 actual costs. Please note the electricity costs - about 16,000 EUR for the year and note May's figure - 4728 EUR! How can this be? Are not all owners paying electricity direct so this figure should only be for communal electricity!

Seamus, I agree that these bills make little sense - how did we use over 6.6k of water in July for a start?  Is anybody going to the AGM so that we can give them our pouvoirs?
