FrançaisThere is a demand for Park & Suites leasebacks. Please use the “SELL MY LEASEBACK” option if you are interested. Note if you do sell during the lease you will likely receive less than you paid, but the law has changed so you no longer have to pay back the VAT which was initially refunded to you when you first bought the property and the buyer pays all legal fees.
