Hi

Has anyone renewed a lease on a leaseback property? What's the process when you have just 1 year left on your lease I'd be interested in hearing their story.

I would also like to know if anyone has renewed or exited a lease at the end of the first lease period.


I would think that you would have to give a least 1 year to exit(if they would let you)and presumably they would contact you to effect a renewal.


I have heard it said that the management can only charge you one


years rent if you deny renewal.
