Thanks Carolyn. I have been in touch with a couple owners but its been sporadic over the years. It strikes me how inefficient communication between owners has been over the emails. Forum would be better place to share information and something like Facebook group that everyone seems to use would be fast and more efficient. This I have seen first hand how French owners have organised themselves.
I feel that we are sort of walking in dark, each of us on our own. Communicating and sharing information with each other could only benefit all of us.
This could be more important now that Odalys is late in paying rents due to cash flow issues and the fact that their main shareholder is trying to offload all their shares and quickly.
Since you are in touch with 10-ish owners would you mind inviting them to join this forum?
I am also owner of appartment in pallais rossini. would also be interested in hearing from others. Havent got any money since february. will have to start taking action.

Odalys are only paying people they absolutely must pay. I have been emailing 8 different addresses in Odalys including their director François Mariette, no joy.
There is a bit randomness to their actions, some people are been paid and are up to date.

I received an email yesterday from our resident’s association stating that an American investor had signed contracts on November 21st, giving them 15 days to
accept and resume operation, or close Odalys and file for bankruptcy... have any of you heard anything that might confirm this?
Il a un délai de 15 jours pour nous valider ou pas la reprise du groupe Odalys.
Dans le cas d'une réponse négative, ce sera le dépôt de bilan et la clôture pour Odalys.
