Did anyone translate the letter that we received? In particluar the sentence 'Nous approchons donc les proprietaires en echeance de bail pour proposer des conditions de loyer adaptees au marche actuel...'. Does this mean they are appoaching owners for rent reductions as and when leases expire or now ?
I have heard that new management company's are writing out to owners looking for a rental reduction of 20%
Guess they are playing hard ball - 20% reduction is better than no rent at all ?
However we have not received one of these letter.
Appart City are not paying anybody across France.
Residence associations need to be working together inorder to get solicitors onto this and the more that join together the less expensive it will be !!
What are the French Government doing about this ? We now have a situation where we have squatters.......
Apart City are in theory a good company but they are having cashflow problems like many companies. And they will either pay rent very late or only to those who submit a CDP.

I have a feeling its about re-furbishing the apartments .... guess who will be asked to pay for this and in exchange I'm sure they will look for a reduction in the rent ?
Can I refuse to pay for the refurbishment - where would that leave us?
