Lease Renewal

Hi All

Has anybody considered Lease Renewal yet?

I bought in November 2008, so my 10 year renewal is up next year. I have been happy with the whole set-up, but CDN seem to be making decent profits with all the new builds they have been doing, and their rental prices seem to be going up and up, so I was hoping to negotiate some better terms.

I am probably looking for increased rental return and/or personal use allocation, but negotiations would be easier as a group. Anyone else in the same timeframe considering this? We would also need a French legal negotiator if anyone has any recommendations?
