I have been contacted by an agent again looking for properties so sale as they have demand from potential buyers. This time they are looking for apartments in the residence Pierre & Vacances Le CROTOY.

Hello Eddy and everyone,

I don't mean to be irrelevant because my apartment is not in CROTOY. In any case, I have an apartment in TORCY, about 25 km west of Paris, close to Disneyland and CDG airport, which is just out of Lease Contract. I am interested in selling it to anyone who might be interested. If you (or know someone or a company)  have some interest, I would be glad to provide you further detailed information. Hello Eddy,

Glad to hear from you. Yes, it is. The Residence goes by the name, "Aparthotel Torcy". It is next to other hotels and restaurants,  in the shopping center at Bay 1. The current operator is a company called Sodex Charlie, who took over after our Lease Contract with Pierre et Vacances expired in 2005. You can Google it and look at their advertisements.
