Problem with the syndic and management company

Hi,

We represent a seller who owns an apartment in the residence Paxton and we have found a French buyer keen to buy.

However we have the upmost difficulties to find documents related to thise residence and especially from the syndic (it seems there is no syndic???).

Can anyone help me?

We are looking for any Proces-Verbal d'Assemblee Generale (minutes of co-owners) for the previous years, or the contact details of a syndic, if there is any.

It seems that it used to be GIEP Bussy in charge of the syndic but I have been informed this is no longer the case since mid-2015.

Accelis Gestion does not reply either regarding the rent statements - the seller receives rent but no statement at all since 2014. Are you facing the same problem?
