FrançaisI just received a letter from the maintenance company (CGS) re: new ALUR legislation with reference to PNO insurance, which it states must be paid by the owner of each unit from 01/01/2015. Does anyone know anything about this? I know that our buildings insurance is covered by the management company.

I went with AXA, they will
2 July 2015I went with AXA. They will ask you for specific info about the property (such as, number of rooms) and then give you a quote. I emailed them on:
