Syndic Charges?

Hi,

I a plan to buy an apartment from MGM, to be managed as a Leaseback through CGH.

Question - do I have to pay anything to Syndic?  I know that service charges will be deducted from my rental income, but had assumed that these charges would include any charges requied to fund the Syndic.
