Arc 2000 Cime Development

Hi

I am considering leaseback for the first time and am looking at a development in arc 2000 by immo sun investments.

Has anyone else bought from this development or have any experience of the company?

Another question about leaseback in general - when the 9 or 11 year lease runs out, can you renegotiate based on the increase in capital value of the investment, or is it the case that generally they hold all the cards and therefore dictate the rates etc? I also have other concerns about how viable it will be to sell these things on in 15 years time - for example, will development in the alpes stop and therefore increase demand and what sort of demand is there for second hand property.

A lot of questions I know, but having read through the forumns I haven't been able to see anything specific on these queries.
