green village eurogroup

Dear all,

Just to know if someone is in the same case than many of us in our site in la vendée.
We should have been paid our rent in december 2011 from eurogroup and most of us don't have anything yet in our bank account...(more than 2 months late now).
We tried to ring their office and they keep on saying that we will be payed the week after and so on...and we never be :(
Any advice?
Is the commandement de payer the only way to get our money back?
How much it is to do so?
