A M. JP Boisdron has organised a response to Flaine Exploitation who say they cannot afford to contiue to run the block on the current rents. We are being offered a 9 year extension (we're 2 years from expiry I think) at 25% rent discount. None of these seem attractive!  Does anyone know more about the current situation? Alternatively if I pull out how do I then organsie to pay my share of the block costs and rent the apartment? Or if I get fed up can I just hand the keys to the mortgage company?
