I am considering buying a flat on the leaseback scheme
through EUPP. Does anyone have any experience of them? How
was it? Has anyone got any experience of what happens at
the end of the 11 year leaseback? Realistically I think I
will want to stop the leasing at the end of the 11 years.
Regards,
S

Anyone have experience of EUPP company
3 July 2009We bought our leaseback through EUPP a few years back and found them to be efficient, courteous and available. They even tried to help at the beginning of our "Residhotel" problems and have put in touch other residhotel owners who bought through them. We even received a birthday card from them!

4 July 2009Thanks Alison,
It is always reassuring to know these things. I assume you
have posted on one of the forums here about the Residhotel
problems you had so I will look and see....
All the best.

20 July 2009EUPP (EU Property Portfolio) are overseas property consultants http://www.eupp.co.uk/en/pages/home.aspx and acted as "estate agents" for us in the purchase of our leaseback. They are not a management company.
