Campus Berges de Seine - 5 months rent pause

Greetings all, I am new to the forum.

Do any Members have property in Campus Berges de Seine?

On 17th July 2020 we all received notice from the Leasback company (Châteauform) of their intention to freeze all rent payments for 5 months.

We have replied requesting their last 3 years returns to ascertain their financial position. They have gone silent!

Thoughts?
