17 November 2009I do not know who is promoting this but having had the misfortune to have bought a property from him ( Olympe in Antibes ) I know the impact on blood pressure and bank account.
There are two other developments on the Groupe Monnier website in Antibes which at one stage were halted perhaps due to the legal actions over Jardins de Lisa and Olympe. These have now been largely resolved with a new tenant in the shape of Odalys.
