I am interested in serving a CDP but am nervous that Odalys would turn around and opt out leaving me in
a difficult situation where I have to find another management company. Do you think this would happen or
should I go ahead and serve a CDP? Also I have contacted some of the other owners of our building, could
we share the cost of a CDP and put all our names on it?

They will not just "opt out".
19 October 2014They will not just "opt out". If they do not pay the rent you have a choice to take proceedings further, and you can choose not to break the lease.
