Hi,

Can anybody recommend an English-speaking French lawyer who specialises in Leaseback issues? I've been trying to get in touch with the two mentioned on this site (Fabien and Bertrand) but no joy.

You could try Laurent Delanoe, he knows about leaseback. His e-mail is : l.delanoe@notaires.fr He is French but speaks English and even had an Englisht trainee working with him (do not know if it is still the case). We were very pleased with his advice.
