FrançaisI am told that to stimulate the market in France the government introduced additional incentives for French investors to buy leaseback whereby they could offset all rental income and mortgage against their tax bill.
I am not sure of details but would welcome any advice as I am considering trying to sell two leasebacks.

17 March 2010good luck trying to sell a leaseback, the resale market is very limited and there are so many horror stories that no one wants to touch them.
