Has anybody managed to obtain an interest only mortgage for a leaseback property from a french bank?. All banks that I have tried have not given that it is a leaseback property and the perceived restrictions in ease of resale.

What experience is available with equity release from BNP.

i have contacted newfinance finder and they have bank who will remortgage on an interest only basis provided that 20% of loan amount is placed in deposit account for duration of loan. Loan ininterest is euriboe +0.85%. The loan to value ratio is approx. 60%. Do anyone know of a better deal?
