Registering for VAT re: TVA

Hello All,

Can someone inform me what I have to do to register for TVA. Know I must do it very soon, so keen to process asap.

I don't want anyone requesting their services for a fee, just some advise.

Is www.impots.gouv.fr the right place to start ?
