Has anyone got a veiw as to which ski resorts in france they would not buy into,due to the possible lack of snow.
Is their a clause in these leaseback agreements that the management could exercise ,to not pay the rent ,if their was no snow/tourists.

do you have a view on Chamrousse re its potential as a resort (ignoring the current management co difficulties), you mentioned some very good points in your mail to Jaward and I am very interested to see if Chamrousse falls into this category
