I have received another letter from Jean-Louis Morel, the developer and owner of one or more properties at Cap Bleu. My guess is that you and the other Cap Bleu owners have also received this letter dated the 16th March. In the letter Mr. Morel advises me of a meeting that is to take place in Cap Bleu on Thursday April 9th. In attendance will be owners(number unknown) of Cap Bleu together with a lawyer Maitre Joanne Reina which Mr. Morel has lined up. The intention seems to be to form an association of owners and to look towards a new management company.

As I say perhaps you have received this letter as well but in any event I wonder if you could pas my email around to the other Irish contacts you have as I would like to hear what other peoples intentions are with regard to the proposals in the letter and whether anyone intends to attend the meeting.
