20 February 2009The letter from Valority appears on the overblog (http://residhotel.over-blog.com/10-index.html) and says pretty much that they are not responsible for the diffculties with Residhotel. On the blog there is a message for you to get in touch with other owners of your residence(http://residhotel.over-blog.com/5-categorie-107748 51.html). They will be able to answer your questions. got VALORITY letter dated 16-Feb-09 - made a stab at it - irt basically means it's not their problem they distance themselves from Residhotel bad behaviour and seem to infdicate they are taking legal procedures vxs Residhotel but cannot act on our behalf

24 February 2009We also received a letter from Valority, have no idea what it is about. We are in contact with a few people from Ireland, please feel free to get in touch as we are thinking of getting together to go legal on this. We have received no rent yet from Residhotel despite numerous phone calls and emails.
