Judicial representative

We've just received a letter from the "Judicial

representatives of all creditors" of Soderev. It seems that

as non- French residents, we have 4 months to register a

claim for the debt ie rent arrears. It is not immediately

clear when the clock started - or will start - ticking.It

is when there is the official announcement of the opening

judgement in the BODAC.Was that last week?

No, the 4 months time-limit (for overseas residents) begins

on the date the Safeguard Order putting is published in

Bodacc. For soderev, this was published on 23 October:
