CAN ANYBODY HELP OR GIVE ME ADVICE

we have a rental property in le clos de vignes in

Bergerac and have just received a letter saying Soderev

are in financial difficulty

from looking up the internet with the help of family

living in france Soderev they have done this before.

most recently in March 2012 in Resitel and they have also

done it in 2002 with other developments.

when legrange bought over Soderev they cancelled all

commercial contracts with residents who had property in

the Alps. a few weeks later they indicated to residents

that they would reverse their decision ONLY if they

dropped their rental income by 25%.

a group called CERENICIMO took the challenge on behalf of

the residents and negotiated for investors and the result

was that they refused the offer of reducing their rental

income and another company called Terres Bleues (Goelia)

took over the running of the development with no

reduction in rental income. in 2012 there is still no

reduction in their rental income.

WE HAVE TO GET TOGETHER TO PROTECT OUR INVESTMENTS AND

PLEASE BE CAREFUL DO NOT SIGN THE NEW CONTRACT WHEN IT

COMES IF THE MAJORITY SIGNS THE SYNDICATE WILL SIGN THE

NEW AGREEMENT WITH SODEREV ON OUR BEHALF - OUR ORIGINAL

CONTRACTS ARE STILL LEGAL DOCUMENTS UNLESS A NEW CONTRACT

IS SIGNED

Hi Rob,

Are you still an owner at Les Arolles in St Gervais? If so, did you manage to gather a list of owners? I'm also an owner, midst a court procdure with them and doing the same with French owners.
