Seeing as I have just come back here is an update!

Ongoing electrical work to get the underfloor heating that has never worked

is ongoing.

The electrically heated road that has never worked has been examined is

totally fused. I complained about this at last years meeting. For this season it

will be a case of the Janic the maintenance guy using a blower again. It

should be covered under the insurance.

The pool liner is still an issue.

Apartments are ready (cleaned, duvets dry cleaned etc) for winter season.

Incidentally, do you (other owners) know that they had a serious car fire in

the garage that has only just been repaired. They have conveniently not told

the owners, I only found out because it made the front page of the paper as

it took all the local fire engines to put it out!

Can't be bothered to go to the first creditors meeting. I have been told the

next Syndicate AGM will be in Nov in Lyon. Seeing as only 4 of us turned up

last time and voted for our interests I don't expect to see too many people

there!
