Français...what exactly happens? I have a classic apartment which we rent privately in the same Lagrange/Soderev residence as our leasbecak one which has just gone into sauvegarde - I'm concerned that if our leases are cancelled without warning there will be no one to run the common facilities over the winter. Could this happen? Has it happened in other residences?
