We have an apartment in Montgenevre, leased to MMV. We haven't been paid Q2 rent yet (should have been paid early July). Sent chase emails, but no replies. We then sent a RAR letter demanding payment (don't know what RAR is but a template letter was provided by the chair of our owners association).
Looks like we'll have to get a lawyer involved. We'd like to terminate the lease anyway; it's due renewal and MMV are being very difficult with this (they're looking for around 10,000 euro from us for a refurbishment - we're not happy! Hopefully they'll not pay and we can evict them.
