27 November 2012I am an owner in the same residence as you, hammerman. It seems as if MMV are jumping the gun by sending us lease amendments to sign, as the court hearing to decide on the new management company isn't until 11th December. They are not our only option. Have you received the e-mails from the Owners' Association about the possible candidates?

27 November 2012Actually, now that you say it, they are pushing things along awful quickly Clive. The mailed the letter on Nov 23, I receive it Nov 27 and they have a deadline of Nov. 30th for return?
