I own an apartment in the above, the rent is paid 6 monthly. The first was about 6 weeks late, the 2nd was about 3 weeks - while I am waiting since the 31st of July for the 3rd installment.
The owners have failed to return any of my messages, emails or phone calls. I have been told (via the real estate firm) that they will pay in early Oct but I have little faith.
Would appreciate hearing from anybody else who is an owner, it might be useful to pool our efforts.

I also own an apartment in Le Kube. I have always had problems but at least the rent was always paid - until now. Last payment due January 2009. I have an agent in Paris to collect rent but this is not working. Agent went so far as to send out a bailiff, but to no avail.
Only way is to organise fellow-owners, so I'm definately interested.
