Hello,

I am trying to get any more info I can on a leaseback I am tempted by. It's in Mimizan Plage, in Aquitaine, and I have been offered one that has just come back on the market. It's a one bedroom, costs 89,000 euros, and they are offering 5.85% which I thought was pretty good. I can't uncover much about the developer, "Promo Bati Concept", but the rental firm is Nemea, who I think are well established.

Who actually makes these guarantees, the developer or management company, and does any bank underwrite them? I am concerned what happens if developer/manager goes bust!

Any insights would be appreciated...thankyou

have to agree with seamus,i am with nemea since 2006,2 bed moliets,class spot,never a problem rent paid on the dot every quarter,go there every year with free usuage and the place is kept spotless

there are a pleasure to deal with
