Is anyone else having difficulty getting Anthony or his staff to recognise dates you have booked?  Back in November, I reminded him (by replying to his confirmation of our January date) that I hadn't received a confirmation of our April date.  I didn't get a reply, but having mailed twice I thought no more of it.  Last month I mailed again to say I still hadn't received the confirmation, only to receive the reply "April seems to be not ok , because since a long time it s booked for this week".  Naturally I immediately mailed back to say that he'd had two mails from me about this, well ahead of the 4 month notice required.  He must've realised he was at fault, because his reply said, "No problem Andrew , my question was if you were able to change week , if not i  will change the booking of the guest".

I would suggest to avoid issues, make sure you ask a few weeks ahead of the 4 month deadline, to give you time to chase up to get a reply acknowledging the booking before the 4 months.  I would also suggest you only send one mail per booking, as he never seems to acknowledge the second date when I submit two dates, e.g. for Jan & April, or April & July.
