Going bust

Anyone know what happens if the site goes bust.  Odalys are in place on site and leases are running with them but if the co-operative cant pay its bills and receivers are called in how does that affect individuals if the terms of their leases cannot be fulfilled i.e. Odalys cannot offer the full facilities to its holiday makers etc.
