Jaward: Can you give me some idea of what the annual costs would be at Le Jardin du Golfe to help me prepare a budget? So far I have got:

Tax fonciere: approx 600 euros per annum

Syndicate fees: approx 2 euros per sq metre per month

Accountant (to prepare annual VAT return): ? euros per month

Have I missed anything? For the startup costs I have just got the purchase price and the 17% notary fee
