FrançaisWe received a letter from Odalys in October 2016, regarding renewal of rental leases. Has anyone heard what the outcome of this is? I believe Odalys need a certain percentage of owners to renew or they will not continue with the leaseback site.
If anyone knows anything it would be good to hear any updates.

7 January 2017There is no update yet. We are waiting to hear from Odalys. Do you get the regular e-mails from the CS?...not that they know anything (that they are telling us anyway).
I would suggest you join our own MDV English Speaking Owners Yahoo Group where you will find most other owners and a regular exchange of information and updates as they happen.

7 January 2017Hi Simon are you an owner at Mas Des Vignes? If so you can join our MDV owners yahoo forum. If not then there is an Odalys owners facebook group with owners from lots of different Odalys developments. Its very useful wherever you are an Odalys owner and definately worth joining if you are on facebook. I dont know of any other general Odalys forums other than this one.
If you are an MDV owner send me your email address together with your house number and I will send you a yahoo invite.
