Our leasing company Odalys have made some deductions from our rent which they will not explain. The line on the statement reads "Refact no1 Foncia Tvx Facades" and "Refact no2 Foncia Tvx Facades" (Foncia manage the resort).
Can anyone throw light on this?

1 November 2010To the best of my knowledge the management company cannot legally deduct any money for your rent. Remember, they are your tenant, not the other way round

2 November 2010These companies do what they want - legal or not.
Its then up to you to prove your case and get the money back from them. Not an easy job. Costly in terms of time and money.
