P&V Avoriaz

Hi, does anyone have any experience of P&V for purchases in Avoriaz. I’m looking to buy via lease back then after 10 years use personally. The agent are saying P&V never charge the indemnity if you do this even though the contract says they can. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.
