Hi,

I am in the process of purchasing a leaseback with P&V in La Tania and would welcome any comments on the development, P&V or the resort.

I am buying with P&V really due to my confidence in them as a mgm't company, but do have some nagging doubts as to whether they are charging above market value for their properties?
