our residence and I am trying to find out how reliable they are. Do they have a
history of paying rent late or is this just a blip? Any information or advice
would be welcome.

MMV run our resisence at Clos de Tourrettes.They have been contracted to run the residence by our management company Camiole Resorts.They do not pay us directly but pay Camiole, who then pay us.If they don't pay Camiole on time, then Camiole don't pay us.To start with, we were payed on time, but on the last occasion the payment was a month late and this quarter we are over a month late.

This is getting very frustrating, as the present arrangement is after we had to accept a 30% rent reduction.With all we have had to put up with and with agreeing to a rent reduction, they still can't pay on time.It is truly shameful behaviour.

MMV have been an absolute nightmare I don't advise anyone to get involved

with them. Not only are they not paying us our rent due they do not answer

our calls or emails. Furthermore we can not get confirmation of bookings

made. If anyone has any advise on how to deal with this situation please let

me know. Exasperated owner!

I am having the same issues with MMV. They did not pay Q2 rent and then Inreceived letter in October saying Q3 would be delayed due to various issues.

I sent a few emails to nleblond@mmv etc which is the email I was given when I contacted the office directly by phone.

I have not received anything and Im wondering what next steps should be?

Hi. There is another discussion topic active on this development in the specific development forum. I and others it seems got a letter recently about our options going forward and I've posted the comment below tonight. Feel free to comment in the other topic discussion "Looking for other MMV Le Petit Lac Owners" in the specific developments forum.

if owners are getting in contact with each other to discuss what it
means, options, etc? I heard about the Petit lac Owners Association
before and have emailed them tonight to see if the email address is
active and if so, whether any owner discussion is planned. What do
others think or anyone know of any group getting together? I presume it
would be better to share thoughts and speak as a group?"
