PV Brittany leasebacks

Hi,

We completed on a apartment in the Alps with P&V in december. To date they have been excellent. We have just had the statement for our forthcoming rental payment which was exactly as promised without any hidden charging.

Whenever we have called with a query it has always been dealt with very efficiently and their exchange department seem on the ball too.

There are still a few unknowns such as possibly exiting the lease in the future (or more likely simply not renewing in 9 years time) and of course re-sale, but overall we are very pleased.
