Non payment of rent

Residhotel

We own a leaseback in Parc Aux Etoiles in Puy St Vincent, the rent was being paid by ResidHotel but in June 2008 they sold to Hotel & resorts Pearl who paid our first rental late and have not paid any since. I managed to speak to someone once and they said the money is coming but it never arrives. Were ResidHotel able to transfer the lease without our permission, what next steps can I take to get my rental and does anyone else own in this resort. Any help would be really appreciated.

This communication from you is a bit rich considering you sold me a leaseback property when you worked with Conseille Patriomione in Nice which is now notororious for the scam it has proved to be - Les Jardins D'Elisa, Beausoleil - I will hardly consult you on this matter!
