Kube

Hi - the rent for this property was due the 31st of January but not yet paid.

This is the third time this has happened over a short number of years.

Has anybody else any experience with this property and if so, would you be interested in combining resources to progress it.

I also own an apartment in Le Kube. I have always had problems but at least the rent was always paid - until now. Last payment due January 2009. I have an agent in Paris to collect rent but this is not working. Agent went so far as to send out a bailiff, but to no avail.


Only way is to organise fellow-owners, so I'm definately interested.

I instructed some bailiffs in Paris last month to serve a payment request called 'commandement de payer' upon Sarl Murano, on behalf of a customer who owns an apartment managed by Murano in Paris.

The bailiffs whom I had instructed have advised today that Sarl Murano have settled those rents which we claimed through our 'Commandement de payer'.
This should also include the bailiff's fees. http://www.solicitor.fr French lawyer and solicitor
