FrançaisHi everyone. This is my first time looking at buying a leaseback in france and i am interested in this development in Uzes, in the languedoc/Provence area. Its supposed to be very near Nimes and also to Avignon. I havnt been to the area and wonder has anyone been to Uzes and that general area that can help me make my mind up?? The development is not due for completion til late 2007 and i do plan to visit but of course at the moment its just a field.

Our family is in the process of buying a leaseback two-bedroom at Mas des Oliviers. Seamus, if you did visit last fall, could you share your impressions? We love the area and are looking forward to our future forays in Uzes.

I am french and I know very well this part of france.
I think that is is very charming and a good investment.Do not forget that now you have the TGV and Paris is only at 2,30 hours.

6 Juillet 2007Hi Sheamus. we have bought in mas de olivers. we used the imovest website and malpen investments. We are looking forward very much to visiting there for many years to come. We did have quite a few problems with documentation etc and the whole language barrier thing all through the process. We have visited the area twice and the town of Uzes and the surrounding countryside is very beautifull. Our own appartment should be ready soon. Sarl Eurogroup Hotelellerie et Immobilier seem to be looking after the furniture. Do you know who they are? They have sent us an itemised bill for furniture and we are not sure if this has yet to be paid or is it just to let us know the price of everything.

Eurogroup manage my appartment at St.Maxime very well.They are one of the larger management companys with around 60 developments.Check them out at Eurogroup-vacances.com.click on south of france then uzes.
