FrançaisHas anyone else purchased this leaseback in morillon, ours is complete but 'not delivered' although Nemea residences have checked it out, we have not received any info re its state, what it is supplied with, which appears to be different a little in what we originally signed for 2 years ago. Consequently the rental agreement has not started, we have tried to contact Nemea a) to get details b) to book for a summer holiday but there has not been anything forthcoming. I am very concerned that we may not have made a good investment. I am happy to have any replies on this. I may have spelt the chalet name incorrectly

we have spoken via email before, we are no 18. we were told that ours is not being rented out yet as the chalet next door is not completed. Like you I am pretty annoyed that although we have completed payments there is nothing forthcoming. We managed to speak to someone last week who said they would email us an address of the person to speak to at Nemea, but so far nothing. We were also told they would send a 'form' to complete for summer booking, nothing yet. Have you received the letter from 'the syndicate' that was informing us that there would be a meeting. if you have others emailing you maybe we need to get a spokesperson. You sound like you have more info from them than us as at least you expect rent, we have heard nothing.

Along with friends we bought two chalets in Morillon and have been disappointed with the length of time it has taken to get to this stage. 18 out of 30 of the chalets are in use, while the remaining 12 are at various stages of completition. The swimming pool is completed and is impressive. The driveway is a complete mess and there has been no landscaping on the lower half of the development. Information from the developer, builder and [mis]management ? is practically non existent! Has anyone had any dealings with Nemea in the past and if so how did they rate them? I look forward to hearing from anyone who knows anything about this development.
