Has anyone experince of this has actaully worked on P&V properties that have already gone through the first 11 year Bail commercial ( not what the salesman told us, or what P&V tell us WILL happen)?

16 Août 2011This is what will happen in my residence in Les Carroz. This is based
on a conversation with a P&V sales rep last week
P&V want you to renew the lease. If you signed after 2004 and refuse
to renew they can demand compensation from you equivalent to 2
years rental income. If you signed before this date they cannot
demand compensation.
In all cases if you do renew the lease you will be billed for
refurbishment costs. This will be approx 15,000 euros for a 40 square
metre apartment.
If you do not renew the lease they will make life difficult for you.
Expect to pay 3000 a year maintenance and be charged for the pool
etc.

16 Août 2011I should have added that this is all contrary to what we were told when
we bought it. P&Vs position is that they didn't sell it to me so none of
this is their fault.
